Now, here is a classic. Who didn't love the Muppets as a kid? Psh. I adored them! I even had the Baby Muppet Play House Toy thingy. lol
Anywho, the movie. Awesome. Love the songs, although, really? The kid (who is a boy) sounds like a girl when he sings! I sing his parts everytime.
Moving on, Kermit the frog is flippin' awesome. I love his facial expressions. I laugh every time he gets thrown at the Gong by Miss Piggy and comes back up with face all mushed up. 'Eh, old girlfriend.' -falls- lol
Gonzo is a little weirdo. Seriously, starfish in his pants that he later uses as weapons against the lobster while saying 'Mi casa es su casa'? So silly.
Rizo is just his usual self, hiding out and being paranoid while selling tickets to other rats for 'a pirate cruise'.
Fozzie bear is too silly as he talks to his finger since he believes a man lives in it named Mr. Bimbo and often asks him for help and neither rknow what an ocean is. And I thought I was a weird person. That beats Gonzo's starfish hobby. lol
Now, my favorite of all has to be... Long John Silver And Miss Piggy.
Long John is played by none other than Tim Curry. He's one of my favorite actors because he can play just about anything. In the movie is a one-legged man who pretends to be everyone's friend while secretly planning mutany. Bad, bad man. While he is the bad guy, I couldn't help but watch him. His song was, of course my favorite. 'Careful now, this is my only number' xD His song is second to 'Cabin Fever'. :D Miss Piggy, she's just awesome. Playing Benjamina Gunn, marooned on the island by Capt. Flinty and Long john Silver who were both, er, acquaintances of Miss Gunn. Ha! Yeah, right. Like how she sees long John and just has to welcome him as 'Why, Hello, Loooonng John'. Hm, emphasising Long a bit, aren't we? ;D lol Dirty Girl! And all this time she was to marry Kermit! lol
Anywho, I'm babbling about nonsense. This movie is in my top 10 favorite movies of all time and I suggest to anyone who asks. It's funny, has music, muppets and silly people. What's not to Love?
